For some reason we don't know about, they removed this feature. But there is a trick, or you can say a secret place where you can get into and undo your reaction in no time. First of all, update your Facebook application. Then follow these steps to remove your reaction to the Facebook story:
- Open the Facebook app.
- Got your profile then tap the three dots button.
- Tap Activity Log, then Filters, and select Categories.
- Then tap Interaction and select All.
- Now tap the three dots option next to any reaction.
- Tap the Remove Reaction option.
This is the only method available in the Facebook application to get rid of the reactions you have made on Facebook stories. Moreover, there is no such option for doing so. Everything thinks that this feature has been removed from Facebook. But the method above, a perfect way for doing so.
How to Delete Reactions on Facebook Story on PC
You can also your computer, PC for undoing reactions you have made on Facebook stories and posts. Remember I am using the latest Facebook design for doing so. It doesn't matter if you are on a macOS, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, or any other operating system. You need to log in to your Facebook account via any web browser. Then follow the below steps for deleting your reactions on a FB story:
- Go to your profile on Facebook.
- Click the three dots button and select Activity Log.
- Now click Filters at the top left.
- Then Click Stories Activity.
- Hover the cursor on a story and click the three dots button.
- Now click the Remove Reaction option.
This is exactly how you can get rid of your reactions to FB stories. However, in that Stories Activity list, you can find all the story's reactions since you have made one right after creating your Facebook account. All the reactions you have made are there and still, you can undo any of them whenever you want to.
How to Unreact or Delete Reactions on Facebook Post
It's easy than you think to undo reaction, unlike, or delete reaction on a Facebook post of yours. You can either use your PC or Facebook application for doing so. However, follow these steps to remove reactions on the Facebook post:
- Go to your Facebook account.
- Find a post you want to unreact.
- Click or tap the Like button under the post.
- This will undo your reaction to that Facebook post.
Moreover, if you are unable to find a specific post want to unlike or unreact. Then Go to your profile page, then click on the three-dotted buttons. Select Activity Log from the list and choose "Interaction" on the Facebook app while "Stories or Post Activity" on the Facebook web. Then click or tap the three dots button and remove your reaction or open the post and click the Like button. This will unreact your reaction to the particular post.
Can you Unlike a Facebook Story or Post?
Yes, you can, unlike any Facebook story or post. To unlike a Facebook story, visit your profile page, then click the three-dotted button and select Activity Log. Tap Filters then Interactions and select All Interactions. You will all the reactions list. Tap the three dots option next to any reaction your remove and click Remove Reaction.
Moreover, unlike a Facebook post, then find that post. Now click or tap the same Like button. This undo the Like you have made on that post. Keep in mind that this will any type of reaction, love, likes, smile, and, angry, etc.
What Happens When You React to a Facebook Story?
You are actually sharing your inner feelings when you react to a story or post on Facebook. These reactions are an advanced version of emojis explaining hundreds of words in one click. Thus when you react, the other user will see that you have made a reaction to his or her story. That way, the person will know your expressions that how you feel about that story. Moreover, Facebook does allow you to unreact a Facebook story whenever you want to.
How Many Times Can You React to a Facebook Story?
You can react to Facebook stories as many times as you want. There are more than one reaction emoji and you can any of them as many times as you like. However, the other person may see how many times you have reacted to his story on Facebook. Moreover, those stories are disappearing after 24 hours.
